  • Desk Mats and Mouse Pads: We provide a one-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. This includes issues such as:

  • Handbags: Our handbags come with a six-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:
    • Loose stitching
    • Broken zippers
    • Defective hardware

ExclusionsThe warranty does not cover:
